Who makes Firefly guitars?
Good question. There is virtually no information out there about the manufacturer or brand. All we know is the positive reviews from customers who have purchased the item. They are happy with the guitar sound at this price point!
In fact, here are some of the best Firefly guitar reviews on Amazon:

“Splendid guitar. No blemishes, perfect finish. Lowered the bridge two turns each side. Intonation dead on. Tuned the strings and nothing more. Neck is straight, fret ends are polished. Very comfortable. D’Addario strings (my choice for 45+ years). Braided cord works as it should. 10 Firebird picks and pick holder. Top of frets aren’t polished which is the norm at twice the price. They’ll smooth out with play or I’ll 0000 steel wool them at some point. Pickups are voiced correctly and sound extremely good. Every guitarist should have one of these. Finally at this price point and quality we can. This brand will become a musician’s common choice. I am duly impressed and happy. Thanks Firebird and all who made these guitars happen……”

“Now I’m a big fan of budget guitars. I enjoy searching around and finding the hidden gems out there. Let me tell you this Firefly guitar is possibly the best find yet. These guitars are the best bang for your buck you’re going to come across. Straight out of the box these are playable…You may have to slightly tweak these but overall the fit and finish are awesome. If you’re looking for a great platform to improve on this is it… If you upgrade the pickups, and tuners this would be a totally gigable axe. I love this guitar and I’ll probably get the goldtop when it becomes available again. Grab one of these while they’re available because they go out of stock quickly. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.”

“I was really hoping the guitar would be good. As it turns out, it’s great! An amazing bargain for what you get. It came almost ready to play out of the box. It just needed tuning, intonation was right on. The only thing I need to do is adjust one string and wipe some polish off the next that turns your fingers black. For the price I am totally impressed and highly recommend them.”

I have gloss black late 2020 model. It’s really really nice. straight out of the box, tuned it up, played just right. good intonation, (barely andy adjustment needed) great action. Cosmetically sweet.. nothing worth mentioning on the bad side. The bridge pup had a loose cover and was microphonic. (by the way, microphonic is not good feedback) the neck pup was just fine. the tuners held tune, the bridge was solid, no movement,no burrs. Shipped in three cardboard boxes with neck bracing and some more styrofoam to minimize movement and prevent crushing. I play this everyday and I own several guitars, fenders, epiphone, and a few I built myself. You can’t go wrong! It’s a bit smaller and lighter than my epiphone sheraton. It’s got a 25″scale, 23 frets. you can bend all you like, it wont fret out. it’s lighter than my epi, too. It’s about 1″ smaller all the way around compared to my epi or any full size 335. Nice! I am really really happy I bought this guitar. I cannot believe it was so inexpensive. Cheap is not a word I would use to describe this guitar, that’s insulting to the workmanship and the workers. It’s great!
