How do I place an order?
For Guitar Products
If your item comes from different sizes and colors, please carefully choose the correct size and color choice before adding it to your cart. You will then be redirected to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter your shipping address and select your preferred payment method to process your order.
For Guitar Teachers – Guitar Lessons
Choose your preferred guitar teacher and select how many quantities. Please note that the duration of 1 lesson is a 30-minute live lesson. If you select “2” then you’ll have a 1 hr live lesson with your teacher.
After selecting your teacher, go to your Cart where you can review the details and proceed to enter your billing details and your preferred payment method to process your order.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
You should receive an email notification at the email address you’ve provided on the checkout process immediately after you place your order.
What’s the next process after I purchase a guitar lesson?
After you place an order, you should receive an email notification at the email address you’ve provided on the checkout process. The email contains a download link for the PDF file where you can find the links for the pre-lesson survey and selecting your preferred schedule.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to. Creating an account is optional.
Can I change my order?
You may make changes to your order during the checkout process; however, once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
For Guitar Lessons, if you need to reschedule your lesson with your guitar teacher, please let us know 1-2 days before your scheduled lesson.
What do I do if I encounter issues or have any questions with the product(s)?

Can I cancel my order?
We try to process your order as fast as possible to make sure that you’ll receive it on time so cancelling your order after it’s been fulfilled isn’t always possible. However, if you cancel it right before it’s been made, we’ll process the refund right away.

We currently accept Cryptocurrency and Paypal. All prices and orders are processed in US dollars.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping for all our products!
Do you accept orders outside the US?
As of now, we only accept orders in the US. We’re still working to ship worldwide and will update this as soon as we’re ready to accept orders from other countries.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that we require 1-3 working days to fulfill your order. The estimated delivery time is within 20-50 days. Factors such as delayed logistics and custom clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Please note that we require 5-10 days to provide the tracking code from the date of payment. We will send the tracking code and link to the email address you’ve provided at the checkout process.
Return Policy
If you would like to request a return or refund, it is mandatory to follow the steps below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
1. If the item that you received is defective, we require a photo and email documenting the condition of the item that you received. Please send the photos to support@volodymyro3.sg-host.com along with a screenshot of the order being processed, or a copy of the original receipt. You can send us the image in any of the following formats: PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB.
2. Once we receive the photos documenting the condition of the defective product, we will process the refund and then send out a confirmation. Please bear in mind that it may take up to two business days to receive a response back.
3. After you receive a confirmation, pack the item in the original packaging including the packing slip, apply the shipping label and then send the item back to us. You must return the item within 7 business days of requesting the return. Please make sure to keep the tracking information when you return the item.
4. If you are using an alternative shipping method, which is different from what we used to ship you the item, please make sure that the tracking number is included in order to keep track of the shipment.
5. Return the item in the same condition you receive it. For further information, contact us at support@volodymyro3.sg-host.com.
Return Shipping
If you are requesting a return or a refund, you will have to return the item within 7 business days of requesting the refund. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender (you). You are allowed to use an alternative shipping arrangement, as long as you include the tracking slip, so we can monitor the progress of your shipment. This way, we can issue the refund right away.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund after you received a confirmation, please contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account. If the transaction is still not reflected on your account, feel free to contact us at support@volodymyro3.sg-host.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges. If you request a refund, we can apply a refund for the product if the product is under any of these conditions.
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The item that you received is damaged, missing parts or is defective.
- The packaging is damaged affecting the overall presentation of the product.
- A purchase has been made by mistake, the individual should cancel the order within 24 hours from purchase.
- The item you received is not as described.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- You requested a refund on an item that was free/extra with the original purchase.
- You requested a refund because you did not receive an original receipt. Receipts will be sent out within one hour of placing the order. If you did not receive a receipt within a few hours, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder. Often, emails will end up in the ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder. Make sure to add it to one of your contacts, to prevent future emails ending in the ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder.
- You did not receive your tracking order in the first hour of your original purchases. Orders have to be processed, assessed, and then shipped. It will take around 5-10 days for a tracking order.

We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
The total refund will consist of the price you paid for the purchase (includes item costs, other charges, sales tax, etc.). If issued a refund, Play Guitars will only refund the fees mentioned above and will not include the shipping fee you paid for returning the item.
